Tom Palantzas says:

Be aware that this is not your typical fast-food processed gyro containing mystery meat by-products. Instead, you are met by a delectable, unadulterated, evenly-spiced and marinated pork ‘kontosouvli’ that reminds one of the ambrosia festivals of the northwestern Greek mountainsides and valleys, dipped in their cool embrace and welcoming warm kisses. Ask for extra napkins, unless you are willing to throw caution to the prevailing winds.
